I knew White Hare In The Moon Shadow, Pellinore was doing well at regionals. I was pretty sure I would play Incandescent Lion Blond Ezel/ Great Silver Wolf Garmore build but after testing I didn't like it all that much and decided to switch. So I recently decided to run Gold Paladin, mainly due to trading for most the deck a few weeks back and liking the idea of superior calling. I've been busy recently testing for nationals along with University stuff, but I just thought I'd write an article about Nationals and my testing. Overall I had a great time and hopefully more reports will be I got to meet both the French and German Champions along with some great people from the U.K. There's nothing wrong with confidence or knowing your good, but simply being rude about it annoys me, but thankfully everyone was really kind and just wanted to have a great time. Other games I've played the players can be obnoxious and really arrogant. SoĬan’t complain really and I’m so glad I went. Hopefully there will be more next time around and hopefully I can attend them. Nationals was great and I can’t wait for regional’s to start up again. I also had wished it was a a swiss event instead of knockout, suppose knockout really kept all of the players on form. Wish Nationals had been after set 4 or 5 as I really hate seeing Gold PaladinĪfter Gold Paladin decks winning, but suppose if you want to win you’ll play Time, make profit and do some really good trades in the short time I had. So basically the event was paid for and I managed to have a good I also managed to get some OTT stuff which I sold as well making a Managed to trade and sell 3 Spectral Dukes along with buying one for cheap and Trade and so fourth but it wasn’t too bad. I got to see some oldįriends and made some new ones which was awesome. Not bad for the first big Vanguard event.
